Women’s Health
Support for your body as it changes.
Women’s bodies move through so many different stages — puberty, adulthood, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause — and each can bring changes in how we feel, move, recover and respond to exercise.
As a woman, this is an area I’m particularly passionate about. I want women to understand their bodies, feel confident in them and continue doing the things they love as their bodies change.
My approach combines osteopathy, rehabilitation, strength and movement, adapting your care to where you are now and where you want to be.
Why women’s health?
My interest in women's health has developed through my own experiences alongside clinical practice, specialist observation, research and exercise training.
I’m a qualified Ante/Postnatal Personal Trainer, have worked within the Women’s Health Clinic at HSU/UCO, undertaken specialist clinical observations with Luciane Albert and Laura Moratin, and completed a systematic review exploring musculoskeletal pain during perimenopause.
Combined with my Master’s in Osteopathy and background in rehabilitation, strength and yoga, this allows me to look at the bigger picture — not just what's hurting, but what your body needs at this stage of your life.
Strong through every stage of your life.

Your body changes. Your plan should too.
Whatever stage of life you're in, I start by understanding you, your body and your goals.
1. Assess
I listen to your experience and assess the movement, strength and physical demands relevant to your goals.
2. Recover
We work together to reduce pain, restore movement and help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
I explain my findings clearly, then we agree on a personalised treatment and rehabilitation plan that fits your goals, preferences and daily life.
3. Rebuild
Your care includes a mixture of hands-on treatment, rehabilitation exercises and strength work. As you improve, we adapt the plan together to help you build strength, resilience and confidence.
4. Perform
Return to sport, work and everyday life with the capacity to keep doing what matters to you.
