Headaches, TMJ & Concussion
Understanding your symptoms
Headaches, jaw problems, neck pain and symptoms following concussion can be complex, with several different factors contributing to how you feel.
For new, unexplained or concerning symptoms, it's important to see your GP first to exclude serious or underlying pathology before starting treatment.
Once appropriate, I look at when your symptoms began, what aggravates or eases them, and how they affect your everyday life, work, exercise and sleep.
Assessment may include your spine, neck, jaw, movement, muscle tension, breathing and nervous system, alongside relevant lifestyle and activity factors.
The aim is to understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and create an individual plan to help you move forward.

1. Assess
I listen to your experience and assess the movement, strength and physical demands relevant to your goals.
2. Recover
We work together to reduce pain, restore movement and help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
I explain my findings clearly, then we agree on a personalised treatment and rehabilitation plan that fits your goals, preferences and daily life.
3. Rebuild
Your care includes a mixture of hands-on treatment, rehabilitation exercises and strength work. As you improve, we adapt the plan together to help you build strength, resilience and confidence.
